In this talk, we will explore how are companies organizing themselves to work together remotely with examples of new kinds of business models, digital nomads, virtual worlds, and examples of global collaboration.
You will enter the world of wholesale, where Zuzana and her colleagues work with a demanding customer, where the environment changes rapidly and where everybody is used to quick changes and working in round-the-clock operation. Zuzana will show you what working with talents, something we consider a common part of our routines as managers and where talents have a unique opportunity to really develop, can look like. Zuzana will introduce two programmes of working with talents and university graduates, in which they are given an opportunity to try working on different projects across all departments in our country and abroad, to participate in colourful workshops, where they don’t get to know only the international context, but the very soul of a company. You will be able to share your best practises and search together answers to the question of how to adapt to the changes, how to get ready for them now and how to be successful and happy in your life at the same time.
Attendees will learn basic principles and steps of GTD and how GTD impacts our ability to be meaningfully engaged with our work and life. Presentation will show how GTD brings quality of having more trust in your decisions and helps you find courage to tackle more challenging work and life related goals and aspirations.
